Renewed Metrics Privacy Policy
Scope and company information
This Privacy Policy describes how Renewed Metrics LLC ("Renewed Metrics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our website, quote and checkout flows, client portal, and related services. Renewed Metrics LLC is located at 27251 Wesley Chapel Boulevard, Ste B14 #725, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
This can include business contact and account data, such as name, organization, title, email, phone number, login status, and seat status; commercial data, such as quotes, purchase history, invoice terms, and payment status; agreement evidence, such as accepted terms version, timestamps, user agent, and security logs; communication data from support or onboarding; and technical or session data, such as IP address, browser, device, login or session tokens, and service logs.
Sources of information
We collect information directly from you and your authorized users, automatically from platform usage and logs, and from service providers needed to process payments and deliver communications.
How we use information
We use personal information to run and secure the services, process transactions, verify accounts, send operational communications, maintain legal and accounting records, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and improve service reliability.
How we disclose information
We share personal information only when needed for business operations. That may include service providers acting on our behalf, professional advisors, parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, or disclosures required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or security.
Current subprocessors
Current core subprocessors include Supabase (data infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), Calendly (scheduling), Resend (email delivery), Google Meet (meeting operations), Google Analytics (public website analytics), and Vercel (hosting/deployment).
We may update subprocessors from time to time. We will update this page when the list materially changes and revise the "Effective" date. For current customers with active services, we may also provide reasonable notice by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use technical or essential cookies and similar session tools needed for login continuity, security, fraud prevention, and core service functionality. On public website pages, we also use Google Analytics only after you allow analytics. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies, including `_ga` and related session cookies, to help us understand visits, traffic sources, and funnel activity. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising tools on the service.
You can decline analytics when the privacy choices banner appears, or update your analytics preference here later.
If we later add advertising cookies or targeted advertising tools, we will update this policy and any consent or opt-out flow required by law.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for service delivery and legal compliance. As a baseline:
Inactive organization operational data may be kept for up to twenty-four (24) months after the customer relationship becomes inactive. Quote, billing, payment, tax, dispute, and agreement-evidence records may be kept for up to seven (7) years, or longer if reasonably needed for accounting, audit, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining credential security within your organization.
Sensitive data and children
Our services are built for organization and workforce operations, not for storing highly sensitive personal records. Do not upload health information, pastoral counseling notes, children's data, government ID numbers, financial account credentials, or similar highly sensitive data to the platform. Because we serve churches and ministry teams, organization name, role, or account context may indicate religious affiliation in a business context; we use that information only to provide the services, not for advertising. We do not knowingly provide services directed to children under 13.
U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on applicable law and where you reside, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to appeal certain request denials, subject to legal exceptions. Some states may also give you the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, certain profiling, or certain uses of sensitive personal information.
Renewed Metrics does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use personal information for targeted advertising or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To submit a privacy request, contact us at contact@renewedmetrics.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may verify identity and authority before processing requests.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request if we cannot verify identity or authority, if an exemption applies, or if we must keep information for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
International transfers
Our operations are U.S.-based. If data is processed outside your jurisdiction, we rely on reasonable contractual and technical protections appropriate to the transfer context.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Non-material updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised "Effective" date. If we make a material change, we will also use reasonable efforts to notify current customers with active services by email or in-product notice before the change applies. We will not use personal information collected under an earlier version of this policy for a materially different purpose without notice and any consent required by law.
